I was troubleshooting my problem getting back to my zen cart login page and I did all of it in webftp. Out of frustration I took a break from this, today when I went back to login to my webftp, I got an error that said that there was no more room or something to that effect. Sigh!
It might have to do with the Terms of Service agreement message in your web panel. Try again after you’ve agreed to the terms of service. If it still doesn’t work, please submit a ticket to our support team with instructions for how to replicate the error: www.dhurl.org/dhsupport
