Can't log in; can't get support


I can’t log into employer’s account and can’t reset it because the only known login name is not the primary name on the account. The only guess as to the primary account does not seem to exist on Dreamhost. I try getting help from , but the form won’t submit (yes, I pass the CAPCTHA). There is no error message, it just doesn’t submit. My best guess as to why it doesn’t submit is that I didn’t answer the question as to how we pay. But we have a free academic account.

Any idea how I can get help from Dreamhost?


Okay, we got support through a private account. All is straightened out now.
