Can't get on the Panel

I haven’t been able to open the “Panel” this afternoon. This was after an unexplained outage on my side. So is it my problem, is one of my DNS servers out? I don’t see any problem reported on the “status” page. Without access to the Panel, I don’t know of a way to ask Support why I can’t access the Panel.

I finally got on after a reboot of the PC I was using. I don’t know if it was the PC or a DNS server finally came back on.
