Can't get my server information

My partner has signed up to a dedicated server yesterday morning and we have not received any contact at all.

Is this normal? I can’t get to live chat because I haven’t gotten my account information. The money was deducted…

It’s strange that you have not received details via email yet, but we know that email sometimes doesn’t get delivered properly. if your account has been approved, you should be able to start a support chat or contact support via email to get all the details you need.
