Cannot reach atmail after various failed login attempts

After few glitches on Friday afternoon email stopped downloading to us, OK from WebMail which is horrendously slow. Tracert shows as previous post. But tracetcp is the same only until node 18,

Please can anyone explain this?

You likely have an IP block causes by too many connection attempts as a result of whatever this was:

Have you contacted support? Have your local external IP handy (type “what is my IP” in a google search box).
