Cannot delete .nfs file

#1

I would like to clear one of my subdomains to one-click install joomla. But after the removel of a previous modx installation on that subdomain, one .nfs file is still in use and cannot be removed. Here is what I get:
rm -f ./.nfs000000000570dcf700001a67
rm: cannot remove `./.nfs000000000570dcf700001a67’: Device or resource busy
According to the outputs of ps and lsof, it’s not used by any of my processes, but presumably by some dreamhost processes.

Any ideas of how to get rid of this file? While it is present, I cannot install joomla with the one-click method, since this requires an empty subdomain.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Fabian
