About 7 hours ago, I changed the e-mail password for one of my addresses in the web panel. After 3 hours, I still couldn’t log-in via webmail with the new password. I then went to https://mailboxes.mydomain.com and was able to log-in with my new password. I changed the password again (this time via the mailboxes.mydomain.com interface), and here we are 4 hours later and I still cannot access my mail with the new password.
Is there a problem that is preventing password changes from taking effect?
If you have not already you probably want to contact support about this so they can look into it for you.

Great idea, however within the web panel, the option to contact support seems to have disappeared. Under “Support / Contact Support,” the form is MIA. Is anyone else seeing the contact support form where it usually appears?
There is a tiny ‘click here’ at the bottom of the page which takes you to the support contact page.

Thanks. It was hidden under the big CRITICAL ANNOUNCEMENT and I didn’t see it.
