Cannot access account - email changed?

I’m a current Dreamhost customer, on a 3-yr paid subscription plan. My domain is panloco.com…site’s been down for days… can’t log into support panel to t-shoot. It’s not recognizing my email and no way I can see to retrieve username or pwd. Please help!! Thanks

They had a pretty major email issue Thursday.

The status page https://www.dreamhoststatus.com/ is showing that as cleared however, and that shouldn’t have effected your web hosting and I see that surfing to panloco.com leads to an error page.

If you can’t log into the panel, use https://www.dreamhost.com/support/ to contact support, make the dropdown say “Other”. Be sure to include the domain name and or email address that is attached to your account. If you can’t receive email there be sure to also include an alternate address.
