Cannnot register sub-domain not working


We are in the process of transferring hosting plan and following the instructions shown here. when I try to register an account using, it shows “Whoops! Your request could not be completed. Please try again at a later time or contact support for assistance.”

Is this temporary and should I try again at another time?


Uhm … maybe :slight_smile: It’s hard to diagnose what’s going on. Probably the best thing for you is to contact DreamHost Support team because they are able to investigate in greater details what’s going on.
