Cancelling "SSL Secure Certificate" plan

Hi DH users,

I recently registered to DH, and want to cancel SSL Secure Certificate plan.

Billing > Manage Account > My SSL Secure Certificate [Edit]
shows “To end this plan, please contact support”


Support > Contact support
does not contain “change plan” topic.

what should I do next?

Just pick the closest thing you see; as long as support gets your ticket they will be able top help you.

I suggest selecting “other” on “Step 1”, and on “Step 4” I’d choose either “Account Status -> Changing Service” or “Ecommerce -> Secure Certificate” - either of those should give them an idea of the kind of help you need. :slight_smile:
