Can not running prestashop with dreamhost

I have prestashop (1.5.3) installed everything without problems but
there is an error while compiling the index.php from the frontend also
the same with the backend.
my question is: dreamhost supports prestashop -installations ?

Hi!
Just turn off “speed optimisation (beta)” in domain settings/edit. I had the same problem, solved it this way.
