I was wondering if DreamHost offers any caching techniques other than the recommended WordPress-only caching technologies, especially with MediaWiki. I’m looking at the MediaWiki website’s article on caching (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Cache), but it doesn’t seem very plausible to install any of this on my account. Does anyone have any alternatives or recommendations?
Use File caching, APC, eAccelerator, or XCache.
Thanks for stating the obvious stuff I NEVER SAW, especially one that was OBVIOUSLY not deprecated.
They all work.
Or did you want someone to spontaneously invent a different caching mechanism using magic?
Thanks, but I was thinking, are there anything else?
