Cache-manifest content-type

i want to create a “cache manifest” file for an html5 offline app,
and must set the content-type of this file to “text/cache-manifest”.

how do i do this?

i’m sorry, i wasn’t clear… i know what the cache-manifest file looks like,
and how to define it in the master .html file. so what i need to know is
how to set content-type for this file, to the required “text/cache-manifest”.
