I came across this on an ad on msnbc.com. For a second, I was amazed that Dreamhost was advertising on the site–turns out, of course, that they’re not. I see the convenient space between the syllables, but considering it also appears to be an online service, I wonder if there would be any legal implications?
I would guess that there’s no legal implications here because “dream” and “book” and both common every-day words and therefore you can’t copy right them or anything of the sort. It’s like when Donald Trump wanted to copyright “you’re fired” because he was using it so much on his television show, but he wasn’t allowed to because it’s a standard phrase. Of course that’s just MHO, and I’m no lawyer or anything.
