BlogJet Upload

#1

I am using BlogJet to post to my blog. Posting text works fine. However, I can not connect using the FTP feature in order to upload pictures. I am using “/home/myname/photo” as the remote folder and the correct base url. The folder “photo” is present and at 777.

The interesting thing is that I can create a file outside of my main folder.

I am able to connect fine with other FTP clients such as WS_FTP - Anyone have any suggestions?

When you FTP your “root” is already /home/myname so you want to set Blogjet to ftp to /photo

Hi Jason, Thanks for the reply.

You would think that /photo would work, but it doesn’t. I have tried /photo and just about every combination I can think of but nothing works. I have used BlogJet to ul pictures succesfuly at other sites, so I know it works. There is just something keeping it from working at DH.

Do you need to go to /domainname/photo ?
(Not /home/username/domainname/photo, just /domainname/photo)

I would try ftping the files by hand, and pay attanetion to the pathing.
