Blackhat SEO hack

We have a WordPress site that we recently migrated to our Dreamhost acct. It was created by someone else and had virtually no security on it. The site has a blackhat SEO hack on it and I’m looking for help on how to eradicate it. I found suspect code (base64_decode) on the theme template pages and deleted it, and also deleted suspect table entries on the database. I obviously didn’t get everything as it has re-perpetuated itself on the site.

I understand blackhat SEO hacks come in different forms, but I’m not finding a lot of info on how to get rid of it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That hack got a lot of us.
There’s a thread on it here.

and a WiKi on the steps to fix it here.
