My employer has been repeatedly getting billed monthly for the last year eventhough he had requested to change his host package. How do I go about resolving this matter?
Depending on how your employer went about changing it, he could either contact support or, from the Control Panel under Billing - Manage Your Account, look under Hosting Plans and select the ‘edit’ button (on the far right, under Actions). From here you can modify your billing cycle (monthly, yearly, every two years).
If that doesn’t work then contacting support is the only way to go about it.
