I have a project hosted on a Level 1 plan that I'm moving to a dedicated server. The plan is still covered by the 97 day money back guarantee and was prepaid for two years using a credit card. Do I have to request the refund or will it be sent back automatically when I'm closing the plan?

I sent the same question to support and they replied:
I sent them my question 02:01:12 and got the reply 02:15:42. I thought that Josh didn't forced them to work during Christmas.
If I remember correctly, Tom is the one that enforces working conditions. (See the blog, I think Tom was the name of the pipe responsible for encouraging employees.)
