Approval Call

Hello! I’m from Argentina and it seems the Approval Call isn’t working for me. I tried many times and now the control panel shows me this message:

“Sorry, you have tried too many times to verify your identify through the phone. You must write to support if you want your account to be activated.”

I remember the activation code.
I opened a ticket in the Support area, but no response.

Any advice?

This is just a customer to customer forum… You should get faster reply with DH support. Maybe they are still investigating your problem. They will usually come back to you once they have a solution.
