Approval Call Help

I am currently trying to get my account setup - Im currently staying in Central America, and put my phone number here - when I received the automated phone call to put in my pin code, it didnt seem to accept it - I have contacted the customer support over 3 hours ago, and no response. How long does it take for a response? I find it a bit frustrating that there doesnt seem to be a communication protocol, how long a query takes etc. Any direction on who else to contact would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a Sales issue, and they don’t work swing shifts. They’re in Pacific Daylight Time, so you should hopefully hear back from them tomorrow morning.
