Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing trouble getting mail to a cox.net address? I have a client that we had her mail forwarded to her cox.net address, then this weekend it quit. I set her up a pop box so that the mail wouldn’t have to go through cox.net, but seems weird that all of a sudden it would stop. I have a dedicated server, so had support check the logs and it is saying the server refused mail service. So does this mean spam coming from my ip which I don’t have a dedicated set up for this domain or what??
Tech support has told me I need to contact Cox which I have sent them an email, but just wondering if this is a DH problem or just something from my server? If it is my server how do I identify if someone is using my server to spam with if it isn’t any of my clients?
