It was more than a slight hiccup,the site was down for close to an hour. I appreciate that these things happen sometimes but this is the third “hiccup” with the Apache service this month. And the site suffers from intermittent slow downs and I have a warning off Google in WMT about it.
Is there anything I can do to improve this? Should I request a move to a new apache installation?
Yeah I have 9 out of 10 sites hosted on server “Joro” that are currently down, but yours loaded (a bit slowly) for me just fine!

Also, consider reducing the amount of remote HTTP connections to your web page. I’m referring to your social apps/scripts. Before your page can fully render, each one of those apps/scripts needs to be connected and answered from servers across the internet. This is often the culprit with slow loading sites.
