i contacted them 21 hours ago, the email is on my support history page, no response. i know they have up to 24 hours, but i have never had to wait this long. anyone know what gives?
Technically they have no limit to the time frame, soon you’ll receive an email apologizing for the delay. It appears tech support is a little swamped at this time, I’ve sent in a couple of requests over the last week and both took around 30 hours to receive a reply.
