Anyone else having DNS issues

I am having a seriously annoying week with DNS issues. This is the second version of this error this week. I am also having unrelated ISP level issues with a couple of people I help here. Apparently the following cloaked domain has been down for nearly a week. I just found out about it, but … (*&^%$

That’s not a DNS issue. It gave you an IP address, as it should. Have you submitted a Support ticket?

69.163.225.3 doesn’t appear to currently be mapped to anything in our system. What’s the domain?
