I have 4 sites hosted on a shared account and they are down… How long should I expect to wait to a response. This could not have happened at a worse time as I am currently running a promotion on facebook.

We’re finding the same issue on the towns server. Our databases stopped working today from 11:00 till noon, was restored, and now our web service seems to be down (Apache is giving us a standard “It Works!” on our static IPs).
Is this related to the same issue? I also see that there is a blog post http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/ about some downtime, however it indicates that it is resolved.
