We just downgraded an instance to supersonic.
After doing so, we can no longer ping or log into the instance on the IP its running on; so I assume it has changed IP.
The dreamhost UI still shows the old IP though.
Any hints on how to procede?

I would think that this is something DreamHost support could help you with.
