I just paid but disabled and -110.16 in my account!!!

It sounds like maybe the payment didn’t go through correctly. How did you pay, credit card, PayPal?

Also, did you use a promo-code? There have been a few posts recently regarding promo-codes not working correctly, perhaps something in the DreamHost system has gone a little screwy.

No, just a regular user like yourself. :slight_smile:

These forums are primarily a user to user forum. DreamHost staff do post from time to time, but not on a regular basis.

I think your best option is to contact DreamHost via the Support section of the Web Panel and explain the situation. I am sure they will sort it out for you.
