Add protocol to links in Let's Encrypt renewal messages

When DreamHost renews a Let’s Encrypt cert it sends an email with the following lead-in:

Hello! We have your Let’s Encrypt certificate for example.org!

We will be installing it on your site in a few minutes.

The certificate is reproduced below for your records:

I’d like to have the protocol added to that URL, ex:

Hello! We have your Let’s Encrypt certificate for https://example.org!

I use mutt, and those messages are a nice reminder for me to check and make sure the cert was installed correctly, but I can’t click on the text as a link. And as it is a renewal, the HTTPS URL should already be in place.

I wanted to share a scene I see at least once a week:

Each of those messages require me to copy and paste with the mouse into a browser, because the links don’t have protocol added. If someone added that, it would make the world a better place! Lowest hanging fruit ever!
