Account Verification


I signed up for an account 5 days ago, and they asked me to send a photo of my credit card with half of the numbers covered to verify the account. Is this normal? I haven’t heard back from the Dreamhost team in about 5 days, so I’m getting a little worried.

I asked the same question to our billing team, it turns out credit card vendor requires that we get that information. If you can supply us with a support ticket# or the domain name on the account we can look into the status right away.
