Account upgrade has not taken effect


I’ve registered today as a standard account and upgraded to the full hosting after. I received an email confirming the payment was debited using Paypal. However, when I relogged in to the control panel, it says my account needs to be upgraded. Please investigate.
I need to install some wordpress plugins, do I need to uninstall and reinstall wordpress to activate the rights to install wordpress plugins?

Paypal purchases always take longer. As customers, we don’t have any more insight than that to the status of your account.

Under billing>makepayment, It confirms that all payment are up to date. Please activate the full account rights to all installed apps ASAP.
