Account Timezone or relative time

the time appeared in support ticket is meaningless to me
because I not use the same timezone
I have to google for timezone info before I know when I submitted a ticket.

It’d be better if dreamhost panel has timezone setting(May be you already have this but I just don’t know where to config.) or
support ticket has a relative time like "1 day 2 hours 10 minutes ago"
maybe with javascript.
