Account Still Pending


My Dreamhost account has been pending for almost a day now. I received an email saying that there was a problem automatically approving the account. I have sent a message, but nothing has happened so far. I also would like to change my payment plan, but I get an “Error! Cannot connect to server.” message whenever I try. Is there anything I have done wrong or need to fix?

Hello! Your account is still pending because it needs to be manually reviewed by our Approvals team. They will be in the office tomorrow morning 8/9 a.m PST and will let you know if anything needs to be done for your account to be approved. You won’t be able to make any changes to your account before it’s approved, but once it has, you’ll be able to edit your payment plan.
