Account still "pending" after phone verification


Is there any way to expedite this process? I’ve tried the phone activation through two separate lines, and after entering the PIN, the call disconnects without giving me a verification that the PIN was correct or that it is activating the account.

I’ve given it a few hours since attempting the phone activation and still no luck.


I am having the same issue. Registered yesterday and tried the phone verification, no luck. Immediately put in a support ticket and haven’t heard back…

Maybe I am being a little impatient, but I kind of expected things to just “work” given DreamHost’s rep.

Is there anything I can do to verify the account besides the phone call?
