Account still not active, and support emails go unanswered

I’m really worried about my account and status with Dreamhost. I moved over here from Mediatemple during the recent Christmas promotion. However, my account is still “Pending Approval” after fourty (40!) days of waiting.

I’ve sent two emails to DreamHost support, but none of them have been answered.

Can someone guide me how to get these accounts activated, or how to contact support, or (in the worst case) where do I write to get a refund?
