Account status changed from pending to disbled?

Yesterday i purchased a hosting plan. After that the support team replied with confirmation of payment . They said they are having problem with automatic activation of problem and they will contact me in 24hrs. The account status was pending that time. Now the account status is showing disabled! I cant understand what is actual problem. I have a project to do as early as possible.
