Account pending


My account has been pending for the past 2-3 days and I can’t do anything on it… I have contacted customer support by email yesterday and they still haven’t replied. So far, I’m not too happy with the service and I’m reconsidering transferring my domain here…

Is there anyway to approve my account manually?
