Account pending

Hey -

So I just added a hosting plan to my “pending” account to try to activate it but it is still “pending” and none of the features are available. I’ve asked support (through the panel) for help but it has been over 24 hours and I have gotten no response. What do I do?

(To DH support: This is ticket number 6276636, my DH panel account email is the same as my forum account email.)

The department that approves accounts does not work on weekends, afaik. They will probably get to this straightaway on Monday.

Hm, seems legit, though tad annoying. Though it seems like the tech staff will be responding soon according to @dreamhostcare on twitter.

Sadly if you make it the manual approval queue on a weekend you are stuck there until normal business hours (GMT-8) monday thru friday.
