Account Pending

My account has been pending now for 24 hours. I’ve opened two tickets (#6195893 @ 6am pst & #6196467 @11am pst) to find out how to resolve this but yet have heard back. I received a receipt yesterday for the domain name. My account says that I owe money for the hosting. I thought I had two weeks to eval the service before having to pay the hosting fee, if that is not the case can someone please let me know so I know I need to go ahead and pay it.
