Tweeting… I don’t tweet for text support. I must be missing something, they took my money and then put my account as pending. I have a ticket open. Not sure what I need to do to get this resolved.
What LakeRat is suggesting is that you tweet them your ticket number and a brief outline of the problem. By doing so you will be bringing more urgent attention to your issue which might result with you jumping up the ticket queue (by kicking up a fuss).
