Account Pending - when can i expect approval?

I registered an account about 5 hours ago and still have the ‘account pending’ status. I also paid for a year-long subscription and received no confirmation for that payment.

When can I expect the account to be approved? And will you let me know if you need the payment information provided again?

In a time crunch and hoping this can be resolved ASAP. Live chat has shown ‘unavailable’ all day long …
