Account pending for two days?

Hey everyone!

So I’ve sent a message to the help desk (18 hours ago), and before that I had waited a day to try and get my account accessible, but I have heard absolutely nothing about why they aren’t letting me access my account. I would love to be able to start uploading, so I was wondering if anyone knew why absolutely nothing was working?
