Account Pending even though payment has been received


My account number is 1485366.
I recently signed up for hosting this past Saturday and my account is still pending.

I have paid the balance in full using Google Wallet and received confirmation that DH has received the payment as well.

I’ve opened a ticket, #5870907, but it’s been a day and I’ve yet to receive a response.

The “have us call you now” button also doesn’t seem to work.

I’m at a loss with respect to what to do - I’d really like to get my site up and running and I’m slowly losing patience. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to find your pending account and forwarded it over to our Approvals Team (thank you for that ticket#) who will be in the office shortly to manually approve your account.
