Account pending after payment 3rd day

I have joined DH for hosting my new site. From the beginning I have received the ticket that I have been forwarded to the manual queue and it will last MAXIMUM 24 hours.
I have provided all information needed and paid for a year, now it has been a 3rd day after subscribing and I do not understand why I still receive automated messages to all my inquiries to support while it is working says now. The button “To have us call you back IMMEDIATELY” doesn’t work and it lands on Panel start page.

Please help me to start my hosting going…
