Hello! I have recently bought Shared Hosting and my account got disabled right away. They gave no information on why it got disabled. I have got charged and haven’t received a refund.
Have you had any response? Im facing the same issue
They have just disabled the account and refunded me. I am now using github pages which is free and better then having a disabled account.
Am also facing same issue here. i have contact them they did not reply also
