Account disabled, no response from support

I have seen my account currently disabled and reply back for my solution to this account but Abuse department doesn’t reply me for over 24 hrs.

This is 2 ticket relevant of this issue

What should I do now, because I want my website information hosted on this account (but now my account show 0 domain and 0 database)

You should kiss your data goodbye and wish you had it all backed up at home. I have never seen an account shut down for abuse re-opened for data recovery. Abuse (or support) most likely won’t respond to you because your account has been terminated for cause and you’re no longer a customer.
