Account disabled, live chat unavailable



My account was deactivated yesterday. I submitted a ticket yesterday afternoon seeking help to reactivate but have received no response for 19hrs. In the meantime, I have been attempting to connect with someone on live chat, but it always displays “Sorry, live chat is unavailable at this time. Please submit a ticket or check back later.”

Are others unable use live chat or is it maybe the fact that my account is disabled that I am unable to reach anyone?
