My account has been disabled and I was informed of card fraud.
My card has expired and I made payment with another. Only this, nothing more.
The amount has been debited from the new card. And I confirmed this with my bank and I have the statement to prove what I say.
In other words, there’s nothing fraud that I’m being charged with.
Still, Dreamhost says it had a chargeback.
I’ve had the bill for years and never had a problem.
My account is disabled and I have no way to resolve it and I have no answer from support.
I have sent several unanswered messages so far.
This is humiliating
