Most of us around here are customers just like you, we need detailed information including domain names to help. You can also open a ticket via the panel and wait for someone to assist you that way.

Looks like we just needed to manually review and approve your account, which we’ve done, and I can see your domain registration has been processed. If you need anything else, let us know! :slight_smile:
