Account Aproval Call (still waiting) - no e-mail confirmation

Hi,

I’ve recently signed up for a new account (both host and domain), but at the time I finished the form (including payment data) I did not recive an e-mail confirmation. Is it normal?

Also tried to verify my account by call, but several times later without a working link it blocked and asked me to contact support in order to activate it. Already put it in a support ticket but I’m still waiting response, kinda worried because I’m in Colombia and don’t know if verification process is still the same outside the US.

Hello,

I apologize for the troubles.
We have a system that automatically checks for certain things on a new account.
Based off it’s findings, it’ll sometimes make the account so that we have to manually approve it.
Our Approvals team will be getting in soon, and should have your account approved in no time :D.
