I’m new in DreamHost and very frustrated, not good first impressions, when this is the first time I’m experiencing “long” delay. Your services hadn’t explained that we need to wait so longer to have our domains up and running, I know that wait 8 hours after register and 5 after I’d saw a hidden message asking me a photo of the credit card isn’t the end of the world, but is really boring and isn’t a good experience. I understand that this kind of service requires security and probably the support workload is very busy, but I’m very disappointed.
